El7areef — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 July 2026 · Applies to the El7areef (الحريف) mobile apps for iOS and Android
El7areef is a football field booking app for players in Egypt. This policy explains, in plain
language, what information the app collects, why it is needed, and what happens to it.
What we collect, and why
- Account details — your name and email address (received from Google or Apple
when you sign in), the username you choose, and an optional profile photo. Used to create and
display your player profile.
- Phone number — collected once, to verify your identity before your wallet can
be topped up. It is not used for marketing.
- Location — approximate or precise device location, used only to sort nearby
fields for you. This is optional: if you decline the permission, the app simply shows fields
in a default order.
- Photos you upload — your profile avatar, and screenshots of payment transfers
you attach to wallet top-up requests so our team can review and approve them.
- Bookings and wallet records — your field bookings, game-room activity, wallet
balance, and transaction history. These are the core records the service exists to manage.
- Device push token — a technical identifier (Firebase Cloud Messaging) that
lets us send you booking confirmations and reminders. It is removed from your account when
you sign out.
- Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support, so we can
help you and keep a record of the conversation.
Where your data lives
All data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure and is encrypted in
transit. Access is restricted by security rules and limited to what the app and our operations
team need.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your data with third parties, except the service providers
that make the app run (Google Firebase) and our own staff reviewing payment top-ups —
or where the law requires it.
- We show no ads and use no advertising trackers.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing
el.kotb.app@gmail.com from the address linked to your
account. We will confirm and remove your personal data, keeping only records we are legally
required to retain (for example, payment records). Full steps:

Children
El7areef is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new
effective date.
