El7areef — Privacy Policy

El7areef is a football field booking app for players in Egypt. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the app collects, why it is needed, and what happens to it.

What we collect, and why

• Account details — your name and email address (received from Google or Apple when you sign in), the username you choose, and an optional profile photo. Used to create and display your player profile.
• Phone number — collected once, to verify your identity before your wallet can be topped up. It is not used for marketing.
• Location — approximate or precise device location, used only to sort nearby fields for you. This is optional: if you decline the permission, the app simply shows fields in a default order.
• Photos you upload — your profile avatar, and screenshots of payment transfers you attach to wallet top-up requests so our team can review and approve them.
• Bookings and wallet records — your field bookings, game-room activity, wallet balance, and transaction history. These are the core records the service exists to manage.
• Device push token — a technical identifier (Firebase Cloud Messaging) that lets us send you booking confirmations and reminders. It is removed from your account when you sign out.
• Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support, so we can help you and keep a record of the conversation.

Customers booked by a field's team

Some fields run their bookings through El7areef without the player app: the field's own staff record each booking in the El7areef field owner app (الحريف للملاعب).

• What is collected: the customer's name, an optional phone number, and the booking with its payments (amounts, cash or wallet, and times).
• Who enters it: the field's staff.
• Who sees it: the field's owner and the people on their team, and El7areef support. It is never shown to players and never appears in the player app.
• How long it is kept: as long as the booking record exists.
• Deletion: a customer's name and phone number are erased when the field owner's account is closed, or earlier on request — email support@el7areef.app or ask the field. Payment and cash records are kept without personal details, as for any payment record.

Field team accounts

A field owner's staff and accountant sign in to the field owner app with a username. We keep their username, name, and a log of what they record (bookings, payments, and handovers) so the owner can see who did what. Deleting a team account: see Delete your account.

Where your data lives

All data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure and is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by security rules and limited to what the app and our operations team need.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing support@el7areef.app from the address linked to your account. We will confirm and remove your personal data, keeping only records we are legally required to retain (for example, payment records). Full steps: Delete your account.

Children

El7areef is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
