El7areef — Delete Your Account
Applies to the El7areef (الحريف) mobile apps for iOS and Android · Developer: El7areef
You can request deletion of your El7areef account and the personal data associated with it at
any time. You don't need the app installed to make the request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to el.kotb.app@gmail.com
with the subject "Delete my El7areef account".
- Send it from the email address linked to your account (the Google or Apple
email you sign in with), or include your username so we can verify it's you.
- We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email
you a confirmation.

What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in link (Google / Apple).
- Profile data: name, username, photo, phone number, position and skill level.
- Your bookings and game-room membership records, favorites, and notification history.
- Your device push tokens and uploaded photos (avatar, top-up screenshots).
What may be kept, and for how long
- Payment and wallet transaction records may be retained where required for
legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — unlinked from your profile wherever
possible.
- Any remaining wallet balance should be settled before deletion — mention it in your email
and we'll arrange it.
- Everything else is removed within the 30-day window.
