Applies to the El7areef (الحريف) mobile apps for iOS and Android · Developer: El7areef
You can request deletion of your El7areef account and the personal data associated with it at
any time. You don't need the app installed to make the request.

How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@el7areef.app
with the subject "Delete my El7areef account".
- Send it from the email address linked to your account (the Google or Apple
email you sign in with), or include your username so we can verify it's you.
- We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email
you a confirmation.

What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in link (Google / Apple).
- Profile data: name, username, photo, phone number, position and skill level.
- Your bookings and game-room membership records, favorites, and notification history.
- Your device push tokens and uploaded photos (avatar, top-up screenshots).
What may be kept, and for how long
- Payment and wallet transaction records may be retained where required for
legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — unlinked from your profile wherever
possible.
- Any remaining wallet balance should be settled before deletion — mention it in your email
and we'll arrange it.
- Everything else is removed within the 30-day window.
Field owner accounts (الحريف للملاعب)
This covers accounts in the El7areef field owner app (الحريف للملاعب), including applications
sent from el7areef.app/join that haven't been approved yet.
- Send an email to support@el7areef.app
with the subject "Delete my El7areef owner account".
- Send it from the email you sign in with, and include your field's name.
- We confirm the request with you, close the account within 30 days, then email
you a confirmation. An application that hasn't been approved is deleted as soon as we
confirm.
Email a deletion request
Before the account is closed, we hide your fields from players so no new
bookings come in, handle bookings that are already made (they're played as booked or cancelled with a
full refund to the player), and pay out your remaining balance.
- Deleted: your sign-in account (email and password), name, phone number,
payout details, device push tokens, field photos, and your field application.
- May be kept: booking, payment, commission, and payout records, where required for
legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — unlinked from your personal details wherever
possible.
Field team accounts (staff and accountants)
This covers usernames that a field owner created for their staff or accountant in the El7areef field
owner app (الحريف للملاعب).
- Ask the field owner, or email support@el7areef.app
with the subject "Delete my El7areef team account", your username, and the field's name.
- We confirm the request, deactivate the account right away, and delete the sign-in account
within 30 days.
Email a deletion request
- Deleted: your sign-in account (username and password) and device push token.
- Kept: the bookings, payments and handovers you recorded, with your name as the
person who recorded them, because the field's cash records depend on them.
